Entertainment Complex - Alamein

A new entertainment complex is set to open in New Al-Alamein City this year, Invest-Gate reports. The project is built by the ministry, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), in collaboration with the Housing and Development Bank (HDB), Hi-Lights company, and RMC Group, according to a ministry statement.

A new entertainment complex is set to open in New Al-Alamein City this year, Invest-Gate reports. Located on Marsa Matrouh-Alexandria Road directly after Marina’s gate seven, the project encompasses various food and beverage venues that will cater to the North Coast and Al-Alamein residents.

Marassi Clubhouse

Spread over seven kilometers of open beachfront with a total area of 6.25 million square meters, Emaar Egypt’s Marassi is an upscale community resort along the Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay on the North Coast of Egypt.

The $1.74 billion project features seven hotels, a beach clubhouse, villas, chalets, townhouses, and serviced apartments, along with a golf course, water canals, shopping and bazaar venues, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and a yachting marina.

The project is also within close proximity to historic sites in Al Alamein city and offers residents the choice of desert safari, eco-tourism and diving pursuits.

Ministerial District - New Capital
